Please note that medical consultations are not provided by telephone.
If you need to speak to a GP about a medical concern, you must book an appointment with the practice.

Appointments
Requesting Your Appointment
Please be aware that our GP Practice receptionists are specially trained to assist you in obtaining the most appropriate treatment quickly. They may ask questions regarding your reason for seeing a doctor.
- If your appointment is for a specialized procedure, please mention this when scheduling.
- Patients with multiple issues to discuss should book a double appointment to ensure adequate time for consultation; otherwise you may be asked to schedule another visit.
- Urgent cases will be accommodated on the same day when possible from 09:30am, though we may not be able to guarantee your preferred doctor or time.
Late for Your Appointment
If you are running late, please notify us by phone. You may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.
Cancel Your Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible by calling reception so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Chaperone Policy
We are committed to respecting your privacy, dignity, and cultural beliefs, especially during intimate examinations. These will only be conducted with your explicit consent, and you will be offered a chaperone if you wish. You may request a chaperone when making your appointment, upon arrival, or at point during your consultation.When an appointment is for a specialised procedure please specify when making the appointment.
